Refund / Return Policy
In the unfortunate and unexpected event that the item(s) you purchased online were not what you expected, are damaged or defective, contact our Customer Service Department and request a return. A Customer Service Representative will promptly reply with instructions to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible. You may return an unopened item purchased from Attachables Inc within fourteen (14) calendar days from tracked date of delivery. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount unless the item returned is defective. Please note, a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be charged for items returned. Non-defective items returned for a refund must be in unused condition, in the original packaging and contain all components including paperwork and parts to receive refund.
Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department to request an exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from tracked date of delivery. We will assist you with returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement. The replacement will be shipped to the same address the original order was shipped.
